Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:

- Processing Time: We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
- Shipping Time: The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 Business Days. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates may be higher than domestic shipping rates and will vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Yohaan Leathers account.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: We are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Damaged/Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
